SHIPPING AND RETURNS


Shipping prices on request. Vat discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 9% or 21% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.

Import taxes and duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or fees.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after payment of your order.

Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within 1-10 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

Delivery time
All orders will be delivered within 1-20 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. The delivery times are as follows:
The Netherlands PostNL, 1-2 business days (from shipping confirmation).

European Union
Standard, 2-5 business days (from shipping confirmation).

Europe non EU
Standard, 3-12 business days (from shipping confirmation).

Rest of World
Standard, 4-20 business days (from shipping confirmation).

International shipping
All orders will ship via PostNL. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.internationalparceltracking.com

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

Uncollected Packages Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Children of the Light.

Returning your order
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order.
You must return the Children of the Light products to the Children of the Light online store's return address in perfect and unused condition with the original packaging.
